Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Structural BIM / CAD Specialist who is
proficient with Autodesk's Revit and AutoCAD software, and optionally,
solids modeling software such as Inventor. The successful candidate
will use drafting software to provide support to Engineers by
preparing drawing sets including plan and detail drawings, building
information models, system assemblies, sketches, and diagrams. The
Structural BIM / CAD Specialist is responsible for the proper setup
and management of the drawing files, the production and printing of
drawings, and maintenance of the project drawing database. Makes
moderate-level decisions relative to drawing preparation but refers
more technical questions/problems to the Project Manager. Through
relevant project experience and training, the Project CAD/BIM
Technician has attained a high level of proficiency in one or more
drafting tools and serves as a project lead for drawing production.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $82,000 annually
