This multi-purpose arean has a unique membrane roof that measures 82.8m by 82.5m. The arch rises from ground level to 42.4 meters at the center, which splits the roof into twm halves. The sides of the roof are formed by concrete beams at a much lower elevation, between 15.0 meters avove ground to 20.0 meters. Ridge and valley cables span between the arch and the longitudinal beams to creat the saw-tooth form. Longitudinal cables are added to complete the cable network. The total fabric area is 6,200 square meters.
