The Stadium seats 4,000 for international competition. The entire facility is covered by a translucent fabric canopy. The roof canopy clear spans 73 m x 73 m (240 ft x 240 ft), supported only at the building's four corners, leaving the facility as open as possible while protecting spectators and players from frequent showers. The entire facility was designed and constructed in 11 months. Geiger Engineers engineered the roof system, working as a consultant to the project's design/build contractor, LKN of Singapore. Geiger Engineers produced fabrication drawings for the roof's steel elements, developed the erection and stressing sequence for the roof structure, and provided cutting patterns for the fabric membrane.
